Orange County, CA (RestaurantNews.com) Hoots Wings, best-in-class wing concept, announced the signing of an 18-unit area development agreement bringing locations to Southern California over the next five years. This brings the fast-casual wing concept to 105-plus franchise agreements year to date, with over 10 locations in development as it continues to attract single and multi-unit franchises all over the world.
The new multi-unit deal debuts on the West Coast, adding 18 locations in California throughout Los Angeles and Orange County by 2026. The first two locations will be in the Orange County area. Behind this agreement, is seasoned restaurant entrepreneur, Reza Medali. Medali wanted to expand his portfolio with a stand-out chicken concept. Hoots now joins Medali’s portfolio that includes fifteen Blaze Pizza franchises and two Subway locations.
